Draft Grade — Cardinals
Overall B-
ValueC NeedB+ TradesB+ FutureB-
A solid, sensible weekend for the Cardinals: B-.

For all the boxes ticked, the Cardinals skipped the loudest one: quarterback is exactly as bare as it was. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

Every board in the league had Mitchell lower, and that gap is the story. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.

Pick Analysis
Pick11 Rnd1 Adonai Mitchell
In No. 11 they get a true top target, a steep price for the projection. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick23 Rnd1 Nate Wiggins
In Round 1, Pick 23 they get a potential shutdown corner at fair value.
Pick27 Rnd1 Jordan Morgan
In the 27th overall pick they get protection for the quarterback, though they paid up to get him. Exactly the need they had to hit.
