Priorities are a choice, and the Packers made a strange one, taking Jaden Hicks at safety in slot 135 with edge rusher, quarterback and other spots crying out for the pick instead. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The Gray pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

The Allen reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
