A passer of the future in Williams, and a D, for the Bears.

The Bears lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again.

Everything downstream of Caleb Williams depends on Caleb Williams, and the building knows it. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

Frazier has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They banked enough surplus on Zinter to cover a lot of smaller sins.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
