A passer of the future in Williams, and a C-, for the Bears.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Caleb Williams is the Bears' quarterback, full stop. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C- in the wash.

If Muhammad III pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Bears indulged a want in Williams while a need in interior defensive lineman and cornerback stayed open.

Landing Turner that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Hit on Caleb Williams and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
