The Raiders found their guy under center in Mendoza: B-.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Fernando Mendoza is the Raiders' quarterback, full stop. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

The Neal value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The Kilgore pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with wide receiver and running back still on the board.

They will regret leaving wide receiver for another day if the season turns on it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
