Draft Grade — Packers
Overall
B
ValueB

TradesB
FutureB-
A respectable, level-headed haul for the Packers: B. The Packers clearly saw something nobody else did in Trey Zuhn III, taking him 42 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. No fireworks, but a solid B.
The Lew pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
Pick Analysis
Pick53
Rnd2
Christen Miller
Christen Miller is a better player than the 53rd overall pick suggests; smart patience, rewarded. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick86
Rnd3
Malik Muhammad
Malik Muhammad at pick No. 86 is the sort of value that quietly wins a weekend. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick99
Rnd3
Connor Lew
Taking Connor Lew in the 99th pick is close to grand larceny; an offensive lineman that good had no business lasting this long. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick120
Rnd4
Tacario Davis
A tidy bit of business in No. 120, where Tacario Davis graded well above the range. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick158
Rnd5
Trey Zuhn III
Trey Zuhn III in the Round 5 slot is a reach so steep the board needed a second look to believe it. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick204
Rnd6
Thaddeus Dixon
A top-tier cornerback at a bargain, Thaddeus Dixon in pick 204, plain and simple. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick236
Rnd7
London Humphreys
London Humphreys at the 236th overall pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick248
Rnd7
Will Kacmarek
A reasonable price with a little left over, Will Kacmarek in pick 248. It fills a real need, too.
Pick254
Rnd7
Jordan Hall
Jordan Hall at the Round 7 slot nudges the ledger their way without any fuss. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Pick257
Rnd7
Rueben Owens II
Rueben Owens II slipping to No. 257 is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
