Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Jaguars spent slot 211 on DeMonte Capehart, a name the board had a full 64 spots lower. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. They went 7 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. They chose more darts over a bigger single swing.

Their trades came out a wash either way.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
