The rest of the league will want that one back. Conner Weigman tumbling to the Cardinals in the Round 7 slot is a gift they did not have to think twice about.

For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
