The Giants let Bell fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

The Giants did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Skyler Bell fell into the 103rd pick. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. Goosby has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Safety was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
