Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Chiefs were there to profit. Brian Parker II, the No. 86 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 4, Pick 15. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Reaching for Cooper Jr. left real value on the table behind him.
