Omosigho should have been long gone. The Bears pounced, and earned a B+.

Somebody in No. 241 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bears sat still while Sammy Omosigho, the No. 142 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

The cost of the Nwokobia reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
