Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Titans spent Round 4, Pick 18 on Oluwafemi Oladejo, a name the board had a full 113 spots lower.

Shedeur Sanders is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. Getting Martinez where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want.
