The rest of the league will want that one back. Tahj Brooks tumbling to the Colts in the 152nd pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Revel Jr. pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The back end got a real overhaul.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
