The Falcons robbed the room for Harris. Final grade: D-.

The phones were a trap the Falcons kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They will need Green to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The Harris pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
