The Falcons let Lawson fall into their laps, and walked away with a B+.

Somebody in pick No. 126 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Falcons sat still while Deontae Lawson, the No. 81 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
