The search is over. The Falcons handed the keys to Drake Maye, and the whole operation now runs on his development. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

That Newton pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

All has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
