A franchise passer in Daniels headlines a B weekend for the Falcons.

The Falcons spent the pick that matters most on Jayden Daniels, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

The Jones value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. If Puni pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
