The Commanders robbed the room for Hudson. Final grade: B+.

The Commanders ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. On value alone, Hudson makes the weekend a net positive.

Adding Trey Hendrickson by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
