When the story of this class is written, it opens with Trajan Jeffcoat at the Round 7 slot, a reach of 56 spots that the board flatly disagrees with. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

McGlothern at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. Spending an early pick on cornerback with interior defensive lineman open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
