The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They will need Amegadjie to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Cypress II steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
