Draft Grade — Cardinals
Overall
B
ValueB
NeedA-

FutureB-
A sensible, unshowy class lands the Cardinals a B. Everything else got attention, and quarterback got none. That is a strange way for the Cardinals to leave a draft. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.
In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
Pick Analysis
Pick4
Rnd1
Marvin Harrison Jr.
A clean, defensible pick in the Round 1 slot with a little surplus value in Marvin Harrison Jr.. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick27
Rnd1
Jackson Powers-Johnson
In slot 27 they get a building block for the line. Exactly the need they had to hit.
