The Patriots found their guy under center in Maye: B+.

After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Patriots committed. Drake Maye is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

They banked enough surplus on Hadden to cover a lot of smaller sins. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
