You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Browns did exactly that with Will Howard in pick No. 67.

Getting West where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The Braden Smith deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

Bottom line, with Tyler Warren leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
