The Myles Murphy pick is the one that will follow the Steelers into the fall. They took him 30 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.

The Steelers indulged a want in Limmer while a need in quarterback, edge rusher and other spots stayed open. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

Thomas Jr. at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
