There is reaching, and then there is DeMonte Capehart at No. 83. The Ravens jumped the board by 51 and dared it to prove them wrong.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The veteran additions, Maxx Crosby chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
