A respectable, level-headed haul for the Bears: B.

If confidence were a draft strategy, the Bears would have aced it. Jalin Conyers at pick 233 is 148 spots clear of where he belonged. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through linebacker. However the rest shakes out, Trapilo at that price is a win they earned.

They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
