Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Cowboys, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. Getting Jordan where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
