Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Colts spent the Round 4 slot on Shemar Turner, a name the board had a full 39 spots lower. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

That is a running back worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

They will answer for taking safety early while wide receiver, quarterback and other spots went begging.
