McCaffrey should have been long gone. The Eagles pounced, and earned a D+.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Eagles shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D+ is the result.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. They will need Murphy to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

They banked enough surplus on McCaffrey to cover a lot of smaller sins.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
