The 49ers won the night they stopped Blue from sliding. Grade: B+.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the 49ers were there to profit. Jaydon Blue, the No. 179 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 7, Pick 11. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

The West pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
