Somebody in the Round 7 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Texans sat still while Ollie Gordon II, the No. 164 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. The Jackson reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They left with running back solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
