More right than wrong for the Chargers, and a B- to prove it.

There is reaching, and then there is Dayon Hayes at pick No. 209. The Chargers jumped the board by 87 and dared it to prove them wrong.

The Reed pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
