They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Ethan Downs, 64 picks early at pick 201. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

However the rest shakes out, Evans at that price is a win they earned. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
