Whoever sat across the table from the Lions should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

Reaching for Burch left real value on the table behind him. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

They will answer for taking interior defensive lineman early while quarterback and tight end went begging. The Edwards steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
