Nobody else had Myles Cole anywhere near slot 153. The Jaguars did, by 45 spots, and that gap is the whole story. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

They banked enough surplus on Harden to cover a lot of smaller sins. The safety spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
