There is reaching, and then there is Garrett Nussmeier at pick No. 44. The Jets jumped the board by 34 and dared it to prove them wrong. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

Landing Durant that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.
