Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Bears spent the Round 3 slot on Caden Curry, a name most had 32 spots down the list. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Landing Caldwell that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
