The Bears cashed the board's mistake on Cowing: B+.

Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Bears came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

Cowing falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want.

On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.
