Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Broncos spent the Round 2 slot on Cam Skattebo, a name most had 36 spots down the list. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. That linebacker hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Rashee Rice pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.
