The Bears finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Bears spent their marquee pick on Drake Maye, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Green. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. The veteran additions, Cole Strange chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
