A franchise passer in Maye headlines a B- weekend for the Commanders.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Drake Maye is the Commanders' quarterback, full stop. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

Every board in the league had Okie-Anoma lower, and that gap is the story. Getting Foster where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
