There is conviction, and then there is this. The Bills took Thor Griffith a full 108 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want. Emmanwori at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
