There is conviction, and then there is this. The Bills took Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins a full 193 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

Walker at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The back end got a real overhaul.
