The Bills did not so much draft Antwaun Powell-Ryland as overpay for him, 53 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend.

However the rest shakes out, Emmanwori at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
