Call it larceny. Dane Key sat on the board until Round 7, Pick 32, and the Browns did not need to be asked twice. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

Klein has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
