Draft Grade — Titans
Overall A
ValueB NeedB+ TradesA+ FutureA+
The Titans won the night they stopped Majors from sliding. Grade: A.

Somebody in the Round 6 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Titans sat still while Jake Majors, the No. 93 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. One of the weekend's best, top to bottom, and a A to show for it.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They will need White to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

The Michael Pittman Jr. deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.

Pick Analysis
Pick12 Rnd1 James Pearce Jr.
In slot 12 they get a double-digit-sack hope. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick33 Rnd2 Aireontae Ersery
A big swing on Aireontae Ersery at No. 33, well ahead of any board in the building. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick46 Rnd2 Emeka Egbuka
A wide receiver of that caliber at pick 46 is the definition of value, full stop. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick77 Rnd3 Deone Walker
Deone Walker slipping to the 77th overall pick is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick104 Rnd4 Gunnar Helm
They robbed the room for Gunnar Helm here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. It fills a real need, too.
Pick119 Rnd4 Jaxson Dart
This one needs a full-page explanation: Jaxson Dart in the Round 4 slot, miles early. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Pick139 Rnd5 Andrew Mukuba
Andrew Mukuba in Round 5, Pick 2 is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
Pick167 Rnd5 Danny Stutsman
Danny Stutsman in pick No. 167 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick176 Rnd6 Jake Majors
Circle this one: Jake Majors at slot 176 is a fall that decides a draft. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick240 Rnd7 Aydan White
A real head-scratcher, Aydan White in the Round 7 slot is miles ahead of his ranking. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
