When a board-topper like Cedric Gray slides to the 205th pick, you do not overthink it, and the Browns did not. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

Reaching for Jones left real value on the table behind him. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes. Quantity was the play, for better or worse.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
