The board owed the Seahawks one, and it paid up: Luther Burden III, the No. 22 name on the board, sitting there at the 52nd pick like a gift left on the doorstep. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

They will need Booker to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Leaving linebacker unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
