The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Ravens watched Michael Taaffe slide 202 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the tight end spot they never got to.
