Start where it matters. The Texans took Ty Simpson to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Peterson reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
